» Broccoli Wings
2 large broccoli heads
1 cup spelt flour (or white flour)
1 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
sprinkle onion salt
bake for 20 minutes at 450°F
» Peanut Butter Cookies
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp almond milk
bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F
» Vegan Nacho Cheese
2 medium potatoes
1 large carrot
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
juice from half a lemon
2 tsp garlic powder
sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper
^ a note that in the video I added WAY too much carrot for the amount of cheese dip that I made and had to compensate by adding more potatoes and the other ingredients!
* shout out to baes af Lauren & John over at hot for food for the inspiration for the broccoli wings (they have a great cauliflower wing recipe): (also just noticed they have a nacho cheese sauce that's similar but I thought of that one myself hahah)
