Healthy Snack Ideas! Easy & Vegan Recipes

» Broccoli Wings

2 large broccoli heads

1 cup spelt flour (or white flour)

1 cup water

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

sprinkle onion salt

bake for 20 minutes at 450°F

» Peanut Butter Cookies

1/3 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch salt

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup coconut sugar

2 tbsp almond milk

bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F

» Vegan Nacho Cheese

2 medium potatoes

1 large carrot

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

juice from half a lemon

2 tsp garlic powder

sprinkle paprika, salt, pepper

^ a note that in the video I added WAY too much carrot for the amount of cheese dip that I made and had to compensate by adding more potatoes and the other ingredients!

A: No. Although I eat a vegan diet, not all products I use are vegan but the majority are cruelty-free. Therefore I am plant-based with a vegan diet
