Today was a dream come true! I traveled to Julia Child's cottage in France and got to cook two recipes in her kitchen! I made Pommes Anna, a simple Potato Dish, and fresh Strawberry Sherbet from her cookbook "Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Volume 2", which she wrote while living at this cottage!
After TONS of requests for the dinner we made in this video: Here it is! Hope you all enjoy it. When I make this recipe, I don't always go with exact measurements. You can use more or less of the veggies, you can also add in peppers and onions (we don't bc i'm allergic to them), you can also do a 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. We usually do about1/2-3/4 teaspoon.
