Aloo paratha is perfect vegan Indian recipe for breakfast or brunch served with a cup of dahi(curd), butter or makhan or even raita. It's so delicious! This aloo paratha recipe in hindi will help you make perfect parathas at home easily.

For Dough:
• 2 cups wheat flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 1/2 teaspoon oil
For stuffing:
• 4 medium sized boiled potatoes
• Salt to taste
• ½ tsp cumin powder
• ¼ tsp mango powder
• ¼ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp red chilly powder
• 2 pieces of chopped green chily
• Chopped coriander leaves
• Oil/ ghee for Cooking
How to make Aloo Parantha:
Kneading the dough:
• Put whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water little at a time and knead the dough till it becomes soft, pliable and smooth in texture.
• Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile let’s prepare our stuffing.
